I haven't counted how many books i read last year but I think it was around 50. But there is no way I could do 100. I wish!

I didn't hear about last year's challenge until about March, but I still read 85 books last year. I'm hoping to make it to 100 this year.

I tried to count how many books I read last year, but I kept forgetting to add books to my list. I'm pretty sure I came close to 100, anyway...

This year, I'm going to try to keep count once again. The best thing about this is that it helps me remember authors' names. And it disciplines me too, trying to do this. I need all the discipline I can get.

Well, let's see, last year I squeeked in at 46 books I think. If I make it to 50 (about 1 book a week) I'll be doing very well. So that's my goal...50 books. And picture books don't count right? :O

I just came across your 2010 challenge to read 100 books. I think it's a great challenge, anything to motivate people to read more. It will be hard since I am trying to finish my novel, but I love to read and I love a challenge. Circumstances have encouraged me to take the summer off, so I won't be working. I have a question or two. (1) Is it too late to join (2) Do the books I have read thus far in 2010, but prior to signing up for the challenge count towards my ultimate goal of 100?

Love your blog

Melissa
